The law college, one of the institutions operating since 2015, is situated at Majlishpur, Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Since it has been recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), it provides specialisations within law. A total number of students is 385 and faculty strength is 13. The college, through hard work, manages to provide a precise learning environment to those legal aspirants.

It tries to offer a balanced education by making many facilities available to help its students excel in both academic and personal levels. Such facilities include a well-stocked library that can even be considered as a source of legal research and study, and for their practical trainings, moot court facilities are also readily available so students can fine-tune their advocacy skills in a mock courtroom setting. It also focuses on physical fitness because many sports facilities are provided inside the campus for students so that they can maintain a health work-life balance. To cope up with this internet age, Shree Mahaveerji Law College has developed great IT infrastructural facilities. A health centre with first aid provisions is there for the medical needs of the college. The college streamlines the curriculum with two full-time law programmes.

The LLB is a 3 year programme while integrating BA LLB is also done, which is a 5-year affiliated programme; this programme caters to students directly after their 12th grade. This programme combines a bachelor's degree and legal education. Both the courses have an approved intake of 120 seats each and have a total of 240 seats in two courses. This specialsed stream enables the college to preserve its concentration with legal education and it prepares the student for various legal professions.
