Shree Rajendra Singh College, Nawabganj, came into existence in 2016 and therefore, it is a new college situated in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh. Despite occupying a mere 2.5 acre of land, this college has been established in the region’s map of educational institutions. As of now, the college is catering 966 students and 16 faculties in teaching students throughout college, which makes the student faculty ratio healthy and gives each learner a teacher who can pay individualised attention. It has only one programme – Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) that is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) reinforcing the institution’s focus on imparting quality teachers to the education sector.

Shree Rajendra Singh College is, at present, providing an affiliated programme known as D.El.Ed course. This is a full time two-year diploma programme for which the institution has an approved capacity of one hundred students demonstrating the institution’s commitment of producing qualified teachers of elementary education. The course is intended to prepare the students to get the relevant knowledge and skills needed by teachers to teach in primary and upper primary institutions.
