Located in the beautiful hills of West Bengal, Darjeeling, Shree Ramakrishna B.T. College was founded in 1957. This co-educational teacher training-oriented college is located at 27 Gandhi Road, Bagamari House. The institute, affiliated to the University of North Bengal, got accredited by NAAC. This institution has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. The campus is compactly spread over 1.6378 acres with an existing student and faculty strength of 99 and 6, respectively. 

The institution has various amenities to support its students in their academic pursuits. It will provide an amalgamated facility of the well-stocked library, with more than 17,336 books, as a great reference facility comprising various Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, and rare books. It also subscribes to several journals and newspapers to equip students and the faculty with new and updated material. The College has also initiated and invested in an excellent IT Infrastructure and Campus-Wide Wi-Fi connectivity for the enhancement of its learning needs. Extracurricular activities and events are also supported by the college with an auditorium and sports facilities. Adding to these, the campus is also facilitated with a canteen that can cater to the refreshment needs of the students during college hours. Quite noticeably, Shree Ramakrishna B.T.
