Shree Umrao B.Ed. College was set up in 2008 and presently functioning as an affiliated College at Jodhpur Rajasthan. National Institute of Education recognised in the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), is a teacher training institute that aims to produce quality teachers in the future. Located on a consolidated area of 1.6 acres, the college provides best learning environment with limited student strength of 191. Shree Umrao B.Ed. College has 16 faculties to teach the students, which makes the student teacher ratio of 1:15 and thus, the lectures are more focused and result oriented.
Shree Umrao B.Ed. College has put up great facilities aimed at bringing improvement in learning and other aspects of student development. The facility includes a sports field which represents an outdoor playground for games say like cricket, basketball or volleyball/ There are also indoor games like table tennis, chess and carom. At present, this Shree Umrao B.Ed. College offers only one Four-Year Regular course and that is Bachelors of Education (B.ED.). This degree is meant to help students complete their two years and go on to a successful teaching profession. This college admission is approved to have 100 students for this programme which show clearly that the college has all the strength to give quality education to the large number of educators.
