Shri Chintamani Mahavidyalaya, which was set up in 1999 at Tukadoji Nagar, Mhatardevi Road Ghugus, Maharastra is an affiliated college. Located in a small plot of area 0.51 acre, it caters the education for total 1,553 students being 55% male and 45% female students. The institution has a faculty of 6 and offers 5 courses in four degree programs, in arts, commerce, and social sciences.

To cope up with the modern trend, the Shri Chintamani Mahavidyalaya has established compulsory IT equipments thus student are provided every updated IT equipment for there academic purpose. 

Shri Chintamani Mahavidyalaya has the total of 5 courses; all these courses are on the full time basis. The institute offers 3 undergraduate programs and two postgraduate programs to address a wide range of disciplines. The overall capacity set for the undergraduate programmes is 720, although the capacity for postgraduate programmes is not clearly defined. In the latest academic session, 1,553 students enrolled to the college to various programs indicating the colleges popularity among students in the region.
