Shri Durga Prasad Ram Roop Mahavidyalaya at Unnao in Uttar Pradesh was established in 2005. The affiliated college functions from a single compact campus of 2.225 acres, giving way for an intimate learning and instruction environment for its students. At present, its working strength is 65 with a faculty strength of 3 members; so teaching is much personalised in this college. Now the college has one degree programme as it believes in quality, not quantity. 

Shri Durga Prasad Ram Roop Mahavidyalaya  also aims to provide facilities of a number of types for the convenience of students while at college. In the entire campus, one would see a library, supplied with books, journals, encyclopedias, and magazines, as good as one could think, offering a great deal of study material both for the students and staff. While the sporty type would find the gym available within the campus to work out on a daily basis. The college shall also make sure that students' health is taken care of by making available a health centre equipped with first aid facilities. Sports enthusiasts shall have the added advantage of having a lot of space available for both indoor and outdoor games as badminton, chess, table tennis and cricket facilities are also to be provided. The college ground would also be adequate enough to host inter-college tournaments that encourage healthy competitions.

Shri Durga Prasad Ram Roop Mahavidyalaya at present runs one regular course, i.e, the B.A. course. This is a broad-based, three-year undergraduate degree in the Humanities and Social Sciences.
