Shri Galbabhai Nanjibhai Patel Dairy Science and Food Technology College in Dantiwada, Gujarat established in 2008 in Sardarkrushinagar, Banaskantha district, is into a focused two-degree program. With 16 members in the faculty strength, the institution secures a bench mark for personalized attention to its students.

Admission is strictly based on merit at the Shri Galbabhai Nanjibhai Patel Dairy Science and Food Technology College. The admission procedure would be different for the undergraduate and postgraduate level courses. For the B.Tech Dairy Technology progam, the distribution of the ratio of the marks in the 12th standard of Science stream with Mathematics to the marks scored in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). Eligibility to this course closes in on this program by making prospective students understand that the entrance to this program is solely based on performance in the GUJCET examination. The selection for the M.Tech program in Dairy Chemistry and Dairy Microbiology shall, however, be made based on a different process. The merit for this program considering marks obtained in B.Tech. This will make sure of selecting only those candidates who have a good base for Dairy Technology and the potential to pursue higher studies.
