Shri Gyan Shiksha Mahavidyalaya is situated in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh and offers post graduate diploma in management. Affiliated with All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), it is concerned with the production of students who will fit into different areas of business. Located in Dhar, the campus offers a healthy ambience for learning and effecting personality change.

Shri Gyan Shiksha Mahavidyalaya has a variety of facilities that complete the educational process of the students. The college library has the role of a resource centre, offering students not only abundant academic information and research tools. To make sure that their students will be ready to face today’s high tech environment, Shri Gyan Shiksha Mahavidyalaya has put emphasis on having good IT facilities. As for skill improvement, the college provides dearing departmental laboratories in which one is able to practice in the liked field. In addition, understanding the need for learning to be flexible and healthy, the institute offers sporting amenities so that it students can build their strength.

Shri Gyan Shiksha Mahavidyalaya has five full time post graduate diploma courses in the field of management only :- PGDM, PGDM Hospital Management and PGDM International Bussiness etc. These are two-year programmes for students which offers different specialisations of the management field to give the students focused knowledge about their field of interest. The college has a total approved intake of three hundred students and every course offers sixty students intake. This relatively small intake gives a unique learning environment that also provides a better interaction between academics and students.

When it comes to admission, the institution ensures that the admission is given to those who would exhibit high potential in management studies. The elements of decision making may include grades achieved in previous degrees, entrance score in some standardised tests, interview.
