Shri Krishna Teachers Training College, Kota, was established in 2006 and it is one of the reputed colleges that offers teacher training education. Serving all genders and established in Naya Nohra, back of Semcor Factory on Baran Road, Kota, Rajasthan, it is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education. Situated on a 2.5-acre campus, the college has the facility provision for three courses in teacher education with a total student enrolment capacity of 328. The institute has a faculty of 21 teachers, thus providing attention to details to every student seeking an education to become a teacher.

Shri Krishna Teachers Training College provide facilities that will improve teaching and learning processes with easy-to-use emerging facilities. It can be conveniently noted that the institute has a well-stocked library to suffice the needs of students and faculties with a good number of text books, journals, magazines, periodicals, etc., along with having a large reading hall for the students. To improve skills practicality, the college provides furnished psychological and educational technology lab facilities. The psychological lab has apparatus that is used in experiments, intelligence tests, aptitude tests, and personality scales.

It has also an auditorium for holding events and seminars, canteen services for catering needs, and a health centre with basic first aid amenities. As for the accommodation, female students can seek out a hostel located inside the campus that can comfortably house 50 students, provided with relevant furniture and accompanied by a matron.

Three full- time courses in teacher education are offered in Shri Krishna Teachers Training College. These are a two-year B.Ed programme and two four-year integrated courses: BA B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed. All of these programmes have been approved for intakes of 100 seats and that gives us a total of 300 seats for all courses. The college envisages teacher education as an all-round process, and this is adopted in the course offering whereby theory is complemented with teaching skills.
