Even in the first case there is quite some subjective judgement involved, but even in the last there is usually some consensus between different reviewers. If I find within a few hours a method which is better than what you did on 20 pages, then your work is trivial. Another reviewer might not find this method, so would recommend your manuscript for publication, but he would deeply regret it if I told him about my solution.

Academics

The academics of this college is pretty fine. Teachers are overall okay some are outstanding while some are disappointed as they aren't able to make us understanding the concepts and 1-2 teachers also lack English communicational skill beside this the rules, regulations and etc all are good .

Overall rating will be 4 from my side for this university.
