Shri Paramhans Girls Degree College, Faizabad, came into existence in the year 2014. The college is associated with Ayodhya University and is located in Uttar Pradesh. The present intake of this college is 246 students, servicing the faculty strength of 4 only. This college offers only one program of study, B.Ed with an approved intake of 100 students. Therefore, its aim is on providing quality education for a specialised field. 

Shri Paramhans Girls Degree College is well equipped with academic and infrastructural facilities for the facilitation of learning. The campus is complete with a well-stocked library that is a rich source of information for the students. For practicing physical activities and gaining recreation, students have sports facilities. An auditorium for events, seminars, and so on is also present. There is also an excellent IT infrastructure at the college to conform to the modern needs of education. The college has a number of departmental laboratories which provide practical work experiences to the students. Full-time students are expected to enrol in any academic course that the college offers. Shri Paramhans Girls Degree College offers the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme. This two-year programme is seen to have a sanctioned intake of 100 students who wish to build their careers in the teaching profession. The approach of the college toward teacher education can be seen through course offerings that are available to provide specialised training to future educators. Shri Paramhans Girls Degree College gives admissions in B.Ed on merit-based only. 

Admissions to the course shall be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance test or through any other selection process under the policies of the state government, U.T. Administration, and the University, whereby the admissions of deserving candidates also get realised in the college to pursue their teaching aspirations.
