Shri Ram Mahavidyalaya, Bangra, was established in the year 2012 in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. The institution is an affiliated college with various undergraduate arts and science programs. The college has a faculty strength of 164 dedicated educators and a friendly campus environment. 

All basic facilities are available on campus for the smooth running of educational endeavours. The library provides a resourceful function whereby learners can easily access important books and material for their study and research work. Students who are into physical activities can take advantage of the sports facilities available, thus fostering a good balance between academic life and maintaining a good physique. There is modern I.T. infrastructure and students are assured of maintaining connectivity and exposure to digital learning materials. A cafeteria within the campus will provide a setting where students can spend time lounging and socializing between classes. Functions as a hub for events at the college level, seminars, and cultural programs that make campus life enriching, the auditorium section is found. Shri Ram Mahavidyalaya operates a total of 15 courses, all of which are full time. Principally, the college offers undergraduate teaching in the streams of Arts and Science. 

Although there is no specified total intake of students for all courses, some popular programs have huge capacity. For example, BA Sociology Political Science Hindi Literature can accommodate 400 students; similarly, the B.Sc Chemistry Zoology Botany has an intake capacity of 240. The BA English Literature Hindi Literature Political Science and the BA Sociology Political Science Sanskrit Literature have 80 students each in their intake. 

The Admission procedure at Shri Ram Mahavidyalaya is aimed to make the admission process easy and hassle-free for the aspiring candidates. So, the selection would be made on academic merit in qualifying examinations or as per the guidelines set by the affiliating University.
