Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College Education is situated in Satna of Chitrakoot District, Madhya Pradesh which is established in the year 2017 and this institute is specially focus to provide teacher education.. This coeducational college that occupies one acre has been an affiliated college acknowledged by NCTE, NAAC; accredited by National Council for Teacher Education and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, respectively. The courses that are taught at the institute include three full time courses of education, for intending teachers at different levels. The college has centered its role to be a meaningful institution with focus on quality education to prepare students for the challenging and meaningful profession of education.

The college has the following facilities that are intended to improve the learning environment for all students. The library being the life line of the institution, congenially provided with the current edition text books, reference books, national and international journals, reprographic facility for reference purposes. In Physical development, the college provides facilities like a playground for Volleyball and other games as Health and physical education is also secondary aspect to overall development of a child. The IT infrastructure allows the students to gain access to modern technology to enhance education that modern society offers. A modern auditorium with 250 seating capacity is available for conferences, presentations, workshops and employs the services of LCD projectors, microphone among other necessities. The college also has well equipped laboratories, a health center/first-aid facilities, and adequate and airy classroom to enhance effective teaching learning process with instructional aids.

The specialty of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College of Education is that it offers only three full-time courses for students of education. Some of such programmes are the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Masters of Education (M.Ed). The D.El.Ed and M.Ed programmes were started with an intake capacity of 50 respectively and the B.Ed programme started with a strength of 100 students. These programmes encompass a lot of focus area to meet the needs of students at different levels of their learning, from students who are entering the teaching profession all the way up to practicing teachers who may want to further their studies.

The College does not charge any admission fee; and the admission policy of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar College of Education is duly in consonance with the guidelines of the State Government, UT Administration and affiliated University and the admission is done on merit basis. The admissions in case of D.El.Ed and B.Ed programme is done according to the merit of the test conducted and/or marks in the qualifying examination. Likewise, the admission to the M. Ed programme is done on merit in the qualifying examination or entrance examination. Any other selection processes as may be required by the relevant authorities is complied with by the college.
