The Shri Sai B.P.Ed College is an affiliated college established in 2009 and is situated in Navanagar, Hubli of Karnataka. This co-educational institution is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which defines schools’ concern for quality teaching education. The college occupies an area of 0.2945 acres and provides only two focus areas of the education degree. Shri Sai B.P.Ed. College boasts of a faculty of 9 members who provide individual attention to students and equip them with knowledge needed for appropriate careers in education.

Shri Sai B.P.Ed College has a number of infrastructural installations intended to support the learning processes of the college students. A decent library is an important tool for learning and contains the necessary literature for educational work. It also has departmental laboratories in the institution so that student practicum may be improved which is important to anyone who intends to teach. To meet the present day educational requirement, the college has provided itself with good IT facilities. Shri Sai B.P.Ed. College offers two courses that are two years duration programmes, Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). It has been approved that 100 seats can be taken admission each in both programmes making a total of 200 seats in the two courses. These programmes are meant to prepare students with the relevant knowledge and skill they require to practice teaching and physical education.

Shri Sai B.P.Ed. College offers direct admissions to students based on the performance of the applicant in the qualifying as well as the entrance examination. Admission for B.P.Ed programme are the policy formulated by the concern state government/UT administration and or the affiliated University. Similarly, in the B.Ed programme, the specialisations and the selections are done as per merit list formed by following the norms of the state government and university to be followed.
