The Shri Sai Mahavidyalaya is situated near the town of Vindhyanagar in the city of Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.  Less than a Km towards the east of the main city highway called the Vindhyanagar-Vidhan Road. The town is near the border of Uttar Pradesh and the nearest train station is Shakti Nagar which is at a distance of 10.9 Km from the college. The college is located near the Govind Ballabh Pant Sagar lake which is less than 5 km from it.
