Shri Shivaji D.Ed. College, Washim one of the standalone colleges was established in the year 1990 at Washim, Maharashtra. This is a co-educational institution that offers educators a Diploma in Education (D.Ed). The college is located on a limited 5-acre area and has a total enrolment of its students of 123 and it is facilitated by a staff of 9 teachers.

In an attempt to provide a comprehensive college experience and support students’ achievement of learning, the college has fully equipped facilities. This two-year programme is aimed at training students for the teaching profession, with an approved capacity of one hundred.
