Shri Siddhivinayak Polytechnic, Siddhatek, is an affiliated college situated in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra and was established in the year 2009. Diploma courses in engineering streams are provided by this institute that is accredited to the AICTE. Located in a 5 acre land, this polytechnic provides learning opportunities to a total of 349 students, and 30 faculty members. This institute offers four full time diploma courses which extends for over three years each in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Technical education is also a major emphasis of Shri Siddhivinayak Polytechnic, as the organisation strives to train its students for the engineering industry.

To cater for the need of the students, Shri Siddhivinayak Polytechnic has a variety of facilities in place for academic and even personal development. There is a good library well supplied in the campus to enable the students to access vast learning resources. For those, who would like to pay attention to the physical inactivity, there’s a gym and the sports area. The institute understands the value of practical learning and provides the department with proper laboratory facilities. Computer facilities and equipment also matter where students should have access to up to date technology tools. As for accommodation, students of both genders can make use of accommodations on campus hostel. The institute also has transport facilities, a facility for holding events and seminars which is an auditorium, and a canteen. There are arranged a health centre with the first aid post for every emergency, comfortable guest house for the visiting faculty and members of the students’ families.

Yadavrao Sopal Talathi education college provides the four diploma courses of its Management department, all of which are the full time. These courses are offered to various branches of engineering, and students are offered many choices that they can chase. The approved intake for all the course as a whole is 240 at each course level where the number of seats are 60 for each course. This balanced distribution means that student gets the attention as well as the resources they deserve in their field of interest.

The admission policy at Shri Siddhivinayak Polytechnic is made to be very easy to encourage the aspiring students. Majority of polytechnic institutes usually admit students based on their score obtained in entrance examinations or marks obtained in previous years of study.
