Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul B.Ed. College, Palanpur, was established in the year 2008 as a premier educational institution in Gujarat, India. Being a co-educational college, it is affiliated to the National Council for Teacher Education and specializes in teacher education. The campus covers a compact area of 2.38 acres, thus providing a concentrated atmosphere for learning for the budding teachers. The institute has a total enrolment of 160 students and a faculty strength of 16, hence it has maintained a very good student-to-teacher ratio so that proper care and quality education can be given. Presently, the degree courses in this college are only one, the B.Ed, which speaks for the college's commitment and dedication to the development of skilled and knowledgeable teachers for the future.
