Shri Veertapasvi Channaveer Shivacharya B.Ed. College is a co-educational institute and was established in the year 2008. The institution, which is situated at Solapur, Maharashtra, is an affiliated college recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). This college spreads across an area of 33 acres and looks to provide fair exposure and learning opportunities to would-be educators. The institute promises individual care and quality education because it has a total strength of 69 students and faculty strength of 7.

Though the college runs only one course at this time, its curriculum is very comprehensive, as well as the practical approach, ensuring that graduating students will be properly prepared to take on their future roles in education.
