Shri VR Patel College of Commerce, Mehsana, established in 1964, is one of the premier educational institutions in Gujarat, India. This affiliated college has a compact 4.33-acre campus and has been guiding students in the field of commerce for almost sixty years. At this college, there are 2,390 students enrolled with a faculty strength of 13. The institute offers two major degree programs: Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce at undergraduate and postgraduate levels of education.

Infrastructure facilities on campus add much to the educational experience of the students. One of the most outstanding is a rich library—one of the richest in North Gujarat University's colleges. The focused curriculum at Shri VR Patel College of Commerce has two full-time courses: three-year B.Com program which equips a student with a basic though a concrete foundation in commerce and M.Com, the two-year postgraduate course which deepens the faculty into more advanced concepts of commerce.
