Shrimati Shindhutai Jadhav Arts and Science Mahavidyalaya, Mehkar, an affiliated college was established in 1997 at Mehkar in the state of Maharashtra. Located in a 8.2 acre area this institution offers two Undergraduate courses in Arts and Science. Shrimati Shindhutai Jadhav Arts and Science Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time undergraduate programs: Undergraduate degree programs include; Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). Each of them takes three years to complete. Both programmes were given a total approved intake of two hundred and forty (240) students but each programme has been zoned to have one hundred and twenty (120) students only. This way there is no biased towards either stream, but students with different academic preferences are given equal attention.

Shrimati Shindhutai Jadhav Arts and Science Mahavidyalaya offers BA and B.Sc courses and admission to both courses are based on merit.
