Shripad Krishna Kolhatkar Mahavidyalaya, Jalgaon was established in 1965. It is a co-ed affiliated college, situated at the centre of Jalgaon Jamod in Buldana district, Maharashtra, which is accredited with NAAC. The college sprawls across a campus area of 9 acres. At present, 863 students are enroled here. The institute has 12 dedicated faculty with 5 courses across 3 degree levels, majorly the arts and commerce along with a variety of doctoral programmes.

Also in focus is gender diversity with undergraduate-to-research level courses forming a rich academic atmosphere. The Shripad Krishna Kolhatkar Mahavidyalaya has many facilities in place to enhance students' learning experience.
