Shyamapada Das College of Education, Birbhum: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Shyamapada Das College of Education, Birbhum was established in the year 2012. The affiliated college is situated in West Bengal, India. The co-educational institution is approved by NCTE. It has two specialized courses in education with a total enrolment of 385 students on a sprawling 5,018 square meter campus. The institute has a faculty strength of 40 members to maintain the student-to-teacher ratio.

Shyamapada Das College of Education offers two full-time courses, both extending for two years. The institution has an approved intake capacity for 100 students in both programs: B.Ed and D.El.Ed, adding up to a total of 200 seats in the institution.

The admission procedure in Shyamapada Das College of Education is based on merit regarding the qualifying examination marks and/or entrance examination. The college admits students to its programme of study in accordance with the policies prescribed by the state government, U.T. Administration, and the affiliated university. Admission to the B.Ed. programme shall be made in accordance with the prevailing policy, on the basis of the qualifying examination, entrance test, or any other form of selection process.
