Founded in 1988, Siddaganga Polytechnic Tumkur (SPT Tumkur) is a polytechnic college and is run by Sree Siddaganga Educational Society. The Siddaganga Polytechnicis approved by AICTE and offers Diploma courses in the branches of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, and computer science engineering. SPT Tumkur is affiliated with the Directorate of Technical Education, Bangalore.
