Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing, SMCON was started in the year 2001, is one of the constituent college at Gangtok Sikkim. Sc Nursing Programme, and five postgraduate programmes all of which are of two years duration. These include Masters of Science in Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing. For all the courses put in SMCON, a total intaken has been approved to be 125; For B.Sc Nursing, 100 students and there 5 for each of the M.Sc specialisation offered.
