SIPE Law College, Dibrugarh was established in 2009 for providing reputed legal education at Dibrugarh in the state of Assam. This affiliated college is duly recognised by the Bar Council of India and imparts professional law courses to newer generations of students in the fields of law. The location of the college is near the Polo Ground in Graham Bazaar. There are 15 dedicated teachers in this institution. SIPE Law College offers an integrated course in law with three programs having 60 students each, thus providing a concentrated learning atmosphere. 

The institution provides a variety of facilities that would benefit the learning process of the students. The institution has a library that is very well-stocked with books, textbooks, journals, and legal reference works. It also subscribes to law judgements from the Supreme Court and High Courts of India, besides facilities for central acts and rules. The reading room, comfortable and spacious, is appended to the library; it provides a place where the students can comfortably sit, study, and conduct photocopying—making an apt atmosphere for legal research.

Three full-time integrated five-year courses of law programs are offered by the SIPE Law College, including BBA LLB (Hons), B.Com LLB (Hons), and BA LLB (Hons). The approved intake for each course is 60 students, so all the courses put together total to 180 seats. Such integrated programs, therefore, cater specifically to the needs of the student toward a good education in the field of law and allied disciplines with a view to preparing them for vast varieties of careers in the legal sector.
