Sir M Visvesvaraya Polytechnic, Sanklapur, set up in the year 1983, is a premier technical college in Hospet Karnataka. This affiliated college, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, is operating the following diploma courses in enginering disciplines. Set on a 5.25 acres, the polytechnic offers total student capacity of 901 students and the total faculty strength of 34.
