B.Sc. Programs: The college provides B.Sc. programs in Botany, Chemistry, Forestry, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, and Zoology. Admission in these programs depends on the marks secured in the qualifying exams considering the relevant science subject. The intake capacity is between 29 and 50 seats depending on the specific course.

B.Com. Program: Sir Syed College conducts a B.Com. Program in Co-Operation. Intake capacity is 60 seats. The selection will be based on the candidate's merit in the qualifying examination in the related subjects of commerce.

Postgraduate Programs: The postgraduate programmes at the college include M.Com. in Finance, M.Sc. in Botany, Physics and Chemistry and M.A. in Arabic.
