Sita Ram Degree College, Roorkee, was established in the year 2017 in Sunehra, Ram Nagar, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. This is a co-educational institution and one of the affiliated colleges offering undergraduate and postgraduate combined programs. With a total student enrolment of 101 and a faculty strength of 4, it provides focused learning. The institute currently offers 3 courses across 2 degree programs, specializing in fields such as Public Health, Information Technology, and Computer Applications.

Sita Ram Degree College aims to provide all-round education. A lot of facilities are given so that the students grow and develop themselves. Sita Ram Degree College runs a total of three full-time courses at postgraduate and undergraduate levels. The courses offered at the postgraduate level comprise two-year M.Sc. Public Health and M.Sc. Information Technology. The courses available at the undergraduate level include a three-year BCA course.

The infrastructure includes a well-equipped computer center that caters to the technological requirements of the students and faculty. It is situated in a separate, well-built, modern building with specially designed laboratories having Dual-core & i3 computers, which make it possible for students to work on different platforms and computing environments. Besides, facilities for typing, printing, scanning, and making CDs are also available so that no student shall feel a dearth of facilities for his or her academic pursuits.

Sita Ram Degree College also focuses on health and well-being. The college campus has a health center that provides first-aid facilities so that immediate cases can be taken care of. These concerns for the health and safety of the students, along with the available facilities and academic programs offered by the college, create an environment conducive for students to develop personally and work toward a higher qualification.
