The admission procedure at Sivanath Sastri College is so structured that only meritorious students with a sincere interest in its undergraduate programs are rated for such admission. Most of the admission processes are conducted just before the commencement of the academic year either in the month of July or August.
Very much for the majority of other courses, merit is usually given to marks scored in the 10+2 or similar examinations that are accepted. The college does not conduct any separate entrance test for undergraduate admissions. Instead, it considers academic performance in the qualifying examination for both eligibility and merit.

The quality of teaching is very good and the entire college staff is very understanding and supportive. The curriculum is well updated. Whenever a student face any kind of problem teachers are always there to help them out. Super friendly teachers.
As I'm a student of this college studying BA ENG HONS can say that academics are average in this college. Teachers are good but not always available to clear the doubts. Curriculum is not updated regularly.
Curriculum is updated and up to the mark. Faculty is good, however, you might get only two out of five classes a day. It might not make you job-ready, but ready enough to take up a post graduation at a good university.
