Smt. Fulehra Smarak College of Polytechnic, Ballia, established in the year 2014 in Kamtailla, Rasra, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, is a leading technical institute. It is a co-educational institute with a 1.56-acre campus and is affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education. It has 902 students' capacity and 38 faculty members. The college offers three diploma programs in engineering disciplines. This joint entrance examination is the main aspect for the aspiring students willing to take admission in this institution. 

JEECUP is conducted every year; a candidate has to be among the top scorers in this test, making them eligible for being considered for admission. After carrying out the JEECUP counseling for admissions by BTEUP, the merit list based on the exam performance of candidates is prepared. Thus, distinct pathways through an entrance test and a counseling process ensure that the most deserving candidates make it to programs at the institution. Application Process

1. Application for the JEECUP: the candidates should first apply to the JEECUP through the official website. Usually, this includes filling out an online application form and paying the examination fee.

2. The examination for JEECUP: applicants will have to attend the JEECUP on the prescribed date. This is a test to assess the candidates' knowledge according to the different subjects related to their prior and prospective engineering streams.

3. Results Declaration: After the examination, one has to await the announcement of JEECUP results. These results are generally published on the official JEECUP website.

4. Counseling Registration: Registered in the counseling process conducted by the Board of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh (BTEUP) will have qualified competitors.

5. Document Verification: Candidates will be required to submit documents for verification during the counseling of the events, including the JEECUP rank card, educational qualifications, and other produced ones as specified by BTEUP.

6. Seat Allotment: Based on the candidate's JEECUP rank and the availability of seats at different institutions, including Smt. Fulehra Smarak College of Polytechnic, the allotment process will take place.

7. Admission Fee: An admission seat is allotted; then the candidate must deposit admission fees to his/her respective allotted college. For all three diploma programs at Smt. Fulehra Smarak College of Polytechnic, the total fee is Rs 90,000.

Admission Process According to Degree

Smt. Fulehra Smarak College of Polytechnic offers three full-time diploma courses for 3 years each. The details of the admission process for each of the courses are as follows:

Diploma in Civil Engineering: This course has an intake of 120 students. Those wishing to be admitted for the course must qualify in the JEECUP examination and attend the counseling by BTEUP. The total fee for the program is Rs 90,000.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering: Similar to the Civil Engineering program, this program accepts 120 students into the program. Admission is based on the JEECUP rank and subsequent counseling. The program fee is Rs 90,000 for the entire duration.

Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering: The same procedure of admission is followed for this course too, which comprises 120 seats like the other two courses. The total fee for this course is Rs 90,000.

Candidates should have completed their 10+2 level of education with relevant subjects as per the eligibility stipulated by JEECUP and BTEUP for all the programs.

This college offers three programs in Diploma - Civil (120 Seats), Electrical (90 Seats) and Mechanical Engineering (120 Seats). Total fee structure of every program is 90000/- As its the Government Affiliated you can apply for scholarship during counselling time.
