Every scholarship which is being offered to the students of MMP Shah College Matunga have different eligibility criteria and the students who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply for and avail the scholarship.

There are two types of assistance which are provided to the students of Smt. Maniben MP Shah Women’s College of Arts and Commerce, Matunga.
College- Level Freeships/ Scholarships.
Government- Level Freeships/ Scholarships.
The students and the college have to follow a Standard Operating Procedure for Grant of Freeships and Scholarships.
Eligible Students are required to fill up the Freeship and Scholarship form of the MMP Shah College Matunga together with required documents.
After verification and approval of the forms and along with teacher’s recommendation, the freeship/ scholarship amounts are transferred via RTGS to the respective bank accounts of the students.
Students are required to fill up the forms through online mode from the Government’s website with the help of designated non- teaching staff members.
The requisite documents are required to be uploaded on the Government’s website.
In case of Offline forms, the hard copies have to be submitted to the Government agencies.
The students who want to avail the scholarships or freeships have to submit the following self- attested documents along with the application form.
Marksheet of Last Examination Passed (Semester wise).
College Identity Card.
Caste Certificate for the students who belong to Reserved Category.
Fee Receipt of Current Term.
One Cancelled Cheque or First page of the Passbook, having the candidate's name.
House Electricity Bill for the past 3 Months.
Photocopy of Ration Card.
