Smt. P.N.R. Shah Mahila Arts and Commerce College, Palitana, was established in 1994 as an institution for women's education in Gujarat, India. On a small area of 2 acres, this affiliated college is exclusively for girls. At present, there are 776 enrolled students and a faculty of 10 highly dedicated teachers. 

Among the many facilities which the college has provided for making the experience fruitful for its students, the library lies at the center, supporting the students through abundant knowledge and research materials. The institution is quite familiar with the role that technology has played in the education sector today and is, therefore, well-equipped with an excellent IT infrastructure to aid learning and the development of skills. The auditorium is the central place for seminars, cultural programs, and other events. The college runs departmental laboratories that help in practical learning, and students are provided with hands-on learning to the best of their field. 

Smt. P.N.R. Shah Mahila Arts and Commerce College has a concentrated structure of the curriculum with only two undergraduate programs: BA and B.Com. The BA course and the B.Com course are both full-time and on-campus, aimed at offering an in-depth education in the disciplines of arts and commerce, respectively.
