Smt. R.D. Gardi Department of Business Management, Rajkot, Gujarat is a constituent college under Saurashtra University. The institute was established in the year 1996 and has been producing efficient business managers for more than two decades. The department is AICTE, New Delhi-approved, so as to ensure that the institute does not lower its standards in the field of management education. The institute faculty comprises 7 faculty members and conducts 3 courses at 2 degree levels.

Smt. R.D. Gardi Department of Business Management offers three courses: MBA, MBA Banking and Finance, and Ph.D. in Management. In the flagship program of the institute, namely the MBA, there are 90 intake seats approved in total for each year.

Merit draws in all who enter the ambit of courses offered by R.D. Gardi Department of Business Management. For MBA course, candidates have to appear for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT). To attain Ph.D. in Management, an aspirant must clear the Ph.D. Entrance Test conducted by Saurashtra University.
