SNM Shah M.Ed. College, Godhra, was established in 2007 as a flagship institution of the trust for teacher education. The college is a co-educational institute affiliated to a university and approved by NCTE. This institution is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council, and it is located in a campus area of 5 acres with a focused curriculum that offers one degree that caters to 94 students and has a faculty strength of 10.

The institution has full-fledged infrastructure to support learning. It is also supported by a library stocked with 7,618 books and 7 journals and 13 magazines. The campus is complemented by various well-equipped laboratories, such as the Educational Technology Lab, Psychology Lab, and Computer Lab, all of which offer hands-on experience in learning. The boys' hostel accommodates 58 rooms and the girls' hostel contains 42, and that is all separate and sufficient to provide an ideal atmosphere to students coming from outside town.

SNM Shah M.Ed. College offers only postgraduate education with only one course, M.Ed. The duration of the program is two years, and it is full-time, with an intake level of 50 students so that the student-teacher ratio in the college is effectively maintained. M.Ed. was to be a program for work on skilled educators/educational leaders with advanced knowledge and research capability in the field of education.
