B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science): The college has B.Sc. courses with a total of 153 seats. Specializations are Physiology Honours (33 seats), Computer Science Honours (23 seats), Mathematics Honours (18 seats), Botany Honours (12 seats), and Zoology Honours (12 seats).

B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce): Sonarpur Mahavidyalaya offers B.Com. courses with two major streams. B.Com. Accounting and Finance Honours has 92 seats intake, and the general B.Com. course also offers 92 seats.
