SR Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Shahada and is an affiliate of the SNDT Women's University. This institute is providing quality education to the women students in the balanced environment. SR Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya, based on merit, takes all the meritorious students belonging to different sectors of society in higher learning. It is accredited by NAAC with a promise for excellence in learning. The time of admission normally takes place at the end after result declaration for 12th standard in the colleges of SR Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The two undergraduate courses taken on a full-time basis are Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Computer Applications; each is three years in duration. Those who successfully complete 10+2 qualification from any known board of study are admitted to the university.

Applicants for entry into the BA course must have passed their 12th standard with relevant subjects to the arts stream. For the BCA course, applicants must have passed their 12th standard with mathematics as one of the subjects. The college selects applicants on the basis of merit obtained in marks from the qualifying examination.

Application Process

Generally, the application process to SR Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Shahada will include the following steps.

Degree wise Admission Process

BA or Bachelor of Arts: SR Arts Mahila Mahavidyalaya trains undergraduates in all the basic human streams subjects through its undergraduate BA course. Admission is taken on the basis of marks in 12th standard examination and according to merit list. There are many specializations in BA, therefore any student may go for his interest subject while doing BA under the college management.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications): The aim of the program in BCA is computer science with its application. Admission also remains merit-oriented; however preference will be accorded to those students from their 12th standard. Students are encouraged and equipped there for the respective skill and expertise for the performance of computer application in the specific area.
