Sree Narayna Mangalam College, Maliankara (SNMC), is one of the most established institutions in the year 1964. This affiliated college is located in Moothakunnam, Ernakulam District of Kerala where the college can be affiliated with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). SNMC has a total strength of 2,126 students and 50 faculty members, and it provided 26 courses under 8 degrees. The college boasts a diverse student body with a 41:14 concepts supported a male to female ratio of 59 in the undergraduate programmes while 15 in postgraduate programmes. The desire to provide quality education is well illustrated by SNMC offered course uniqueness, specialisation in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams.

Sree Narayna Mangalam College offers numerous amenities to complement the learning process of the learners. SNMC also provides improved facilities for sports, computerised stadia, IT facilities and well equipped laboratories for different departments. The college auditorium which was established during the college’s silver jubilee celebration serves to host many functions, festivals, college and other events. A big canteen for 75 students with veg and non veg food separately. There is also a facility on the campus that is an open the gym for students’ physical activities.

SNMC has many courses at its disposal, 20 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate programmes in its possession. A full-time course is offered by the college in variety of disciplines including BA in Economics, Malayalam, English, Commerce, B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Mathematics. The total student capacity for all courses offered is 2,126 with more focus on the undergraduate students. 

The admission process is completely transparent and the SNMC accepts all the students who qualify academically. The college offers many undergraduate and postgraduate courses and offers admission according to merit and some times on the basis of test conducted by the college. SNMC also extends scholarships to such learners who are both deserving academically as well as economically challenged.
