Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Rayalaseema University, Kurnool.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing Ed-CET Test should have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.Sc.(Home Science)/B.C.A./B.B.M. examination from any University in Andhra Pradesh or a recognized University outside Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have secured 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree i.e. B.A./B.Sc/B.Com (Home Science)/BCA/BBM and/or in the Master's Degree or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

Admission Details

For admission into B. Ed (Bachelor of Education) Course in various B.Ed colleges in Andhra Pradesh is an entrance test called The Education Common Entrance Test (Ed-CET). This Ed-CET Test is conducted by Convener, Department of Education, Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.
