Degree wise Admission Process
B.Ed: Sree Venkateshwara College of Education admits students through 100 seats. There are two quotas: 75 under the Government quota and 25 under the Management quota for the remaining. For Government quota seats, admissions are done by the Centralized Admission Cell, Bengaluru, by a merit-based selection process advertised in the newspapers. Management quota admissions are handled by the college directly on merit and in compliance with the state government regulations.
D.Ed: Different admission procedures apply to the D.Ed program. Interested candidates may collect the application forms at the college office by paying the prescribed fees. The college then places a list of selected candidates and their interview dates on the notice board. Candidates are also informed individually of their interview schedules. Shortlisted candidates are supposed to appear for the interview along with their parents, equipped with all original documents, on the specified date.
