Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya, Biswan, Sitapur, affiliated to the University of Lucknow, has been shaping the minds of the youth since its establishment in 1986. Quality education to the students of this region is the motto of this institution of higher learning. The college has a total enrolment of 386 students with 6 faculty members who are sincerely dedicated to teaching, thereby offering a personalised learning environment. 

There are varied facilities in Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya meant to help it improve the experience of the students at the college. The library is one place meant to prepare students with lots of resources in order to allow them to access knowledge, important in their academic growth. For the tech lovers, the college has a great IT infrastructure, thereby keeping the students updated about developments in the digital world. For the sports enthusiasts, the campus has the necessary sports facilities. It also comprises laboratories with good facilities for the students to carry out practicals. The college has hostel facilities available for both boys and girls. There are facility at every level of the hostel meant for the comfort and convenience of those students who are accommodated far from home. A cafeteria on the campus could be taken as a socialising centre where refreshments are provided and students can also pass the spare time between classes. Guest rooms and a waiting area were also made by the college for its visitors, including the faculty members and the parents of students.

At present, Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya runs one full-time course: the Bachelor of Arts, or BA, programme. This is a full-time, three-year undergraduate programme which uplifts the student with a complete grounding in the humanities. The approved intake capacity is fixed at 360 students in the BA programme. It is the only degree plan the college focuses on greatly, it shows some respect in terms of offering quality education regarding Arts and Humanities.
