Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya, Biswan, Sitapur, affiliated to the University of Lucknow, has been shaping the minds of the youth since its establishment in 1986. Quality education to the students of this region is the motto of this institution of higher learning. The college has a total enrolment of 386 students with 6 faculty members who are sincerely dedicated to teaching, thereby offering a personalised learning environment. 

There are varied facilities in Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya meant to help it improve the experience of the students at the college. The library is one place meant to prepare students with lots of resources in order to allow them to access knowledge, important in their academic growth. For the tech enthusiasts, the college has a great IT infrastructure, thereby keeping the students updated about developments in the digital world. For the sports enthusiasts, the campus has the necessary sports facilities. It also comprises laboratories with good facilities for the students to carry out practicals. The college has hostel facilities available for both boys and girls. At present, Sri Bacchulal Ramdulari Mahavidyalaya runs one full-time course: the Bachelor of Arts, or BA, programme. This is a full-time, three-year undergraduate programme which uplifts the student with a complete grounding in the humanities. The approved intake capacity is fixed at 360 students in the BA programme.
