Sri Balaji Degree College was established in 2007, located in the heart of Vijayawada city of Andhra Pradesh. Affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, it offers a compact learning experience for a campus spread over an area of 0.8 acres. Though small, excellence is the aim of the college with a well-managed 1:75 student-faculty ratio. Meaning 2 faculty members teach 75 students. 

The college boasts of various amenities that make learning an enriching experience for its students. The library functions as a knowledge centre, providing students with resources to supplement their classroom learning. The sports facilities are a wonderful time-out from the rigors of academic work for those interested in physical activities. Technology is the main basis of the modern educational system, and hence, Sri Balaji Degree College has an information technology infrastructure in the campus so that students are updated with the passage of time regarding the digital trends. Presently, Sri Balaji Degree College offers two full-time undergraduate programmes, which are Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science.
