Sri Bharathi Polytechnic College for Women, Pudukkottai, was established in the year 2008. It is an autonomous college located in Tamil Nadu and is approved by the AICTE. It is an institution devoted entirely to the technical education of women students. The Institute has a campus of 5.02 acres and offers a range of programs at diploma level in a variety of disciplines of engineering. Sri Bharathi Polytechnic College with 193 students on rolls and faculty strength of 30, maintains adequate student-teacher ratio. It offers five diploma courses in various specializations in engineering in pursuit of providing all interests to aspiring female engineers.

College has infrastructural facilities ranging from co-curricular activities clubs, well-equipped laboratories, excellent library facilities, and other support facilities for the holistic development of students.
