Sri Devi Group of Higher Studies was founded in 2012 and is recognised as an educational institution in Agra city of Uttar Pradesh. Located in Vamanpura, Jaingara, Kiraoli, this institute occupies a relatively small area of 2.85 acres accommodated in one campus. Offering a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme, the college mainly majors in teacher education. The B.Ed course took intake of 100 students but currently, Sri Devi Group of Higher Studies has a student strength of 121 students with a team of 16 committed faculty members. The institute is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) that makes compliance with the national standards in the course of teacher education obligatory. The college herein avows to ensure that the students get a favourable environment in which to learn from. 

Sri Devi Group of Higher Studies also has a number of amenities that are intended to improve learning atmosphere. The have proved resourceful in enhancing scholarly activities and therefore the library functions as knowledge base. To the sports performing enthusiast, the institution provides sporting amenities to ensure an inter phase between sports and studies. There is only one basic course at the Sri Devi Group of Higher Studies and it is the Bachelors of Education (B.Ed). This is a two-year full-time course taught for the purpose of preparing students for teaching and educational jobs. The B.Ed programme at the institute has an approved strength of 100 students which also means that the Institute is imparting quality education comparatively in lesser number of students. Today the college offers only this single, but it does it with rigour offering substantial preparation for teachers based on its NCTE accreditation. 

The candidate will be offered the B.Ed programme of the Sri Devi Group of Higher Studies on merit basis, which seems to be the quest of the institute as it is a reputed institution. As for the admission, students are selected according to their results in the qualifying test which is usually the relevant bachelor’s degree in any field. Sometimes, admission may also require certain test or any other criterion as per the norms prescribed by the state government of Uttar Pradesh and the university to which this college is affiliated to.
