Sri Hansraj Memorial Mahavidyalya is a Co-ed college established in the year 2015 in the village of Khamariya, Milak, Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Ever since its inception, this educational institution has catered to the diverse needs of students. It being affiliated to a larger university system offers the combination of arts and science programmes to satisfy divergent academic interests. This college can offer a small-scale learning environment to each and every student so that everyone can enjoy individual attention, with 598 students as a total enrolment.

Sri Hansraj Memorial Mahavidyalya offers only two undergraduate degree courses: Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) which are three years in length. The college is strictly committed to gifting facilities of larger scale for enlightening education to their students. The library is the most important resource. The college library also features technical, professional, and general interest collections of books. Books can be borrowed for up to two weeks for three students, thus fostering a culture of reading and research. To support practical learning in various disciplines, the college maintains well-equipped laboratories. Realizing that technology is important in learning processes of the modern world, Sri Hansraj Memorial Mahavidyalya invested in IT infrastructure to ensure that digital resources are available at the disposition of students. Computer facility is being developed for the development of essential computer skills by those students who prefer to dedicate more time to physical activities. The college offers sports facilities to help students maintain a balanced approach toward education, developing a healthy body as well as mind. As for academics, Sri Hansraj Memorial Mahavidyalya, although focused, tries to provide sound foundational understanding to the students in arts and sciences.

The college offers two undergraduate programmes. These include both BA and B.Sc courses. Both of these courses are full-time programmes that take three years to complete. These courses are structured in such a way as to arm students with a comprehensive understanding of what they have chosen to pursue.
