About Sri Krishna College of Technology, Coimbatore
Sri Krishna College of Technology, Coimbatore was established in 1985 by Sri Krishna Institutions. The campus of the SKCT Coimbatore spreads over an area of 52 acres of land. Sri Krishna College of Technology is accredited by NAAC with a grade of A.
SKCT Coimbatore is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Sri Krishna College of Technology is affiliated to Anna University and is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Being an autonomous institute, SKCT Coimbatore offers 11 undergraduate programmes, 6 postgraduate programmes and 5 doctoral-level programmes in the stream of engineering and technology and management and business administration. The courses offered by the college are BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MBA and Ph.D.

Jain University has a NIRF ranking of 85.Its a private college and was established in 1990.
It is one of the top ranked universities in India. Jain University is to be deemed university. It is different from other universities across the country in many respects like its emphasis on education and extracurricular activities, Jain University outlook towards life, its values and more.
It has great faculty support and a great allumni network.

On the other hand we have Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore which is also a very good private college with a NIRF ranking of 83.
