Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a two-year full-time diploma program offered by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Chandigarh and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Eligibility Criteria

Secondary (10+2) Exam or Equivalent passed with minimum 50% marks for General Category and 45% marks for SC/ST Category. No candidate with Re-appear/ Compartment/ Result later etc. in the qualifying examination shall be eligible to apply.

Admission Details

Admission Shall be Made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/UT administration.
