Sri Sai College of Education is established at Nandikotkur, Andhra Pradesh to Provide a best future of education. This co-educational college was set up in 2007 and over the many years it has been in existence has been preparing future teachers. Located on a small 2 acre site, the college provides effective training facility for its 298 enrollment students. The institute boasts of a faculty of 16 educators, which means it has a small student-educator ratio, as a result, students receive quite the attention they need from competent teachers. Sri Sai College of Education offers two primary courses in the field of education: These include; Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed). Each of them is delivered full-time and lasts two years. The under graduate program, B.Ed which is the flagship program of the college has an approved annual admission capacity of One Hundred students. The emphasis in teacher education supports the college’s mission of producing qualified and competent teachers for the regional and other markets. 

Sri Sai College of Education has very strict admission policy which seeks to admit candidates with potentials of producing quality educationist. Concerning the B.Ed programme admission is through the Ed.CET programme (Education Common Entrance Test) examination. Assessment based on this entrance test determines candidates ranking in each of this methodology. Akin to the above, the criteria for admission in the D.Ed programme are laid down by the DEECET (Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test). Candidates from OC and BC communities must obtain 35% of the total marks of DEECET to be admitted to this program, and there is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates applying for reserved seats. Sri Sai College of Education holds the recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), this makes all its programs match the national requirements for teacher learning institutions.
