Degree wise Admission Process
B.A. Courses: B.A. (Hons) courses in English Literature, History, and Economics are available. Merit in 10+2 examination is considered for admissions. There are 60 intakes per course.
B.Sc. Courses: Different B.Sc. (Hons) courses such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, and Computer Science are offered. The intake is 40 to 60 students for each course on merit.
B.Com: Intake is 120 students for the B.Com course, and admission is on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.
M.A. Programs: M.A. programs in History, Economics, Tamil, and English are available. Admission based on marks obtained in the respective undergraduate degree. Intake for each program is 40 students by rule.
M.Sc. Programs: M.Sc. is offered by the college. Admission is on the basis of performance at the undergraduate level of the students and intakes 30 to 40 students for each program.
M.Com: Admission for M.Com is on the merit of the performance at B.Com or equivalent degree level with an intake capacity of 40 students.
Ph.D. Courses: Ph.D. courses are offered in all the disciplines. Admission is as per the Periyar University rules, i.e., on the basis of merit-based selection, entrance examinations, and interviews.

Please be informed that under normal or general circumstances once a report has been generated the details of that report or rather the credentials of that report generated cannot be edited any further but that most likely differs from one place to the other.
Now to answer your question, what I suggest you to do is first check to see if there is any scope of correction wherein you can change the paper code and get the report printed once again and if that is not the case then you should address this matter to the college authorities thorough post or in person via a letter which should mention your credentials accurately and request them to rectify the error and generate you a new report.
