As an affiliated college, Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy was started in 2006 in Warangal, Telangana. PCI approved institute offering specialised education in pharmaceutical sciences is an institute whose primary focus is the student in the pharmaceutical sciences. Located in a plot of 2.09 acres of land, it has total student enrolment of 180 and faculty of 33 members. Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy teaches three programmes in two degree levels involving different facets of pharmacy education. These students get enroled in institute jointly as it being co-educational institute and allow all students to fulfill their dreams of being a pharmacist.
Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy has general amenities to support the students’ learning process that would cover for all the school needs. The focal point of these facilities is a rather large library with book stock of approximately 2000 books which concern various aspects of both pharmaceutical science and computer science. The library currently sources national and international journals for subscription so the students get the updated information and new development in the field. The college's computer laboratory is equipped with 30 modern computers, maintaining a student-to-computer ratio of 1:2. Many of B.Pharmacy students use this facility for computer exercise and staff/students general use include typing of projects, thesis preparation and many more. It also owns spacious and well-equipped laboratories for basic sciences and pharmacy departments so that the students can correlate between their class notes and lab values. Other infrastructures within the complex developments are sports facilities, a cafeteria, a hall for festivities and meetings, a community hall, and car parking space and gym.
Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy has in all three courses and it should be noted that all courses offered here are full time courses only. These include one undergraduate programme (B.Pharma) and two postgraduate degree programmes (M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics and M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Analysis). The total approved intake for these courses is 142. The B.Pharma programme is the largest with a capacity of 100 students, the M.Pharma programmes have 18 normal seats for Pharmaceutics and 24 normal seats for Pharmaceutical Analysis.
Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy follows a centralised admission procedure and there is equal emphasis on merit. Concerning the B.Pharmacy programme, intakes are given based on the marks obtained in the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) conducted by the University nominated by the Telangana State council of Higher Education(TSCHE). In respect to the admissions in M.Pharmacy programmes, the merit of Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is considered. For post graduate admissions, the college also considers the scores obtained in Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET). These examinations help the college keep only intelligent and well-founded students who’s ready to take up pharmaceutical courses. To address its training and placement needs, the institute has a Training and Placement Cell and upon campus visit, the Cell coordinates with organisations to provide career opportunities to graduating students in the pharmaceutical sector.

For B.Pharma:

For M.Pharma (Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Analysis):
1. Attend the GPAT exam.
2. Short listed candidates may apply on-line through the centralized admission process for PG programmes.
3. Complete the online application form on the suggested portal.
4. Upload required documents, such as B.Pharma degree certificate, GPAT score card, and other certificates.
5. Pay the application fee as applicable.
6. Attend counseling sessions according to schedule.

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: Admission in B.Pharma at Sri Shivani College of Pharmacy is based on the merit secured in TS EAMCET. 100 seats are available for this four-year B.Pharma course. The applicants should be pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutics: The college provides 18 seats for the M.Pharma Pharmaceutics course. It is merit-based and centralized based on the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). Applicants with a B.Pharma qualification are eligible for this specialization.
M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis: 24 seats for M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis course. Similar to Pharmaceutics specialization, the admission is central and through GPAT scores. The candidates should have B.Pharma as a prerequisite to take up this course.
